Conditioning Class

This is the main class run from the gym. In it we focus on increasing your cardiorespiratory endurance. We make use best use of rowing machines, assault bikes, sleds, your own bodyweight and much more to deliver a great full body workout training your heart and lungs and also helping with fat loss.
